AAEON: industrial embedded boards supported by AAEON community

With the AAEON Shop, AAEON Europe is giving professionals the chance to purchase industrial embedded hardware online and get it quickly! The Shop gives the opportunity to buy a selected range of products in smaller quantities, while related product documentation is ready for immediate customer download.

The AAEON Shop is divided into different product categories, meaning ‘UP Boards,’ ‘Internet of Things,’ ‘Rugged Tablet Computers,’ ‘Panel PCs,’ ‘Box PCs,’ ‘Industrial Boards,’ ‘Network Appliances’ and ‘Accessories.’ Selected products, such as Pico-ITX boards, which are supported by the AAEON Community, are delivered in just a week to any European country. Also, the Shop gives the opportunity to sort by vertical markets and Community supported boards.

With this concept, AAEON Europe intends to serve niche markets and areas which require fast prototype, while developing a closer customer relationship with the possibility for quick response. Our main project focus is on industrial companies and industrial startups.

In support of the AAEON Shop, AAEON is introducing the AAEON Community - a fast feedback loop from end-customers for industrial products based on Intel formerly known Apollo Lake and Intel Kaby Lake platform to improve the product fit to market. The Community gives subscribed members the chance to share their experiences, their projects, their products and their know-how across users and AAEON hardware and software partners. It includes a Wiki where one can find tutorials and getting started guides, a centralized Download section and a discussion Forum with an FAQ branch.

Currently, the Community is focusing on two boards, the PICO APL1 and PICO-APL3 but AAEON is planning to include support to three other models in the upcoming three months. The two Community supported boards will be delivered within seven working days when purchased through AAEON Shop. Joining the community will give the members the chance to apply for selling their solutions – based on AAEON products - in AAEON Shop and UP Market Place and to present them in AAEON tradeshows and events.

In support of the launch of the AAEON Shop and Community, AAEON Europe is offering a 10% discount (code: buy@AAEONshop) for all products available in the AAEON Shop. This code is valid until 11/07/2018.
