State-of-the-art manufacturing
austriamicrosystems operates a leading-edge 200mm (8”) fab in Austria and test centers in Austria and the Philippines. Our high performance analog and mixed-signal process technologies include CMOS, HV-CMOS and SiGe (silicon germanium).
