"gsh" was founded late 1987 and mainly engaged in computer aided electronical engineering projects combined with sales and distribution of software and hardware equipment used for these tasks. In terms of simple nomenclature, electronical equipment and software used by technicians and engineers are called "Tools".
"gsh" derives from the first letters of the original company name "Gesellschaft für Software und Hardware."
Distribution and sales soon took overhand in the years following company foundation. Due to excellent commercial relations to many well known US firms we finally managed to take over various product lines for distribution on an exclusive sales basis.
Taking this into account we changed the comany name to "gsh-Systemtechnik, Software & Hardware GmbH" combining "Tools" with technical computers and software. We are proud to mention that we still maintain many business relationships starting in the early days of company foundation.
Mid of the 90's we again changed our company name simply to "gsh-Systemelectronic GmbH" which more clearly describes the main products now being distributed and supported:
CAE-Software, Embedded Tools, Devices Programmers and Digital Test Equipment
