DDC: low power MIL-STD-1553 transceiver in 7 x 7mm package

Data Device Corporation introduces a low power dual MIL-STD-1553 transceiver requiring only +3.3V power supply in a 7 x 7mm package.  The BU-67401L transceiver offers options for MIL-STD-1553A/B, MIL-STD-1760, and McAir compatibility, affording engineers the flexibility to fit a wide range of ground and aerospace applications from mission computers and displays to ground vehicles and commercial aircraft.

The device comes in a LPCC package which provides an integral, exposed heat sink on the package bottom. The transceiver is engineered for military grade performance and operating conditions (-55 to +125°C). Leaded or RoHS compliant options are available.
