Atlantik presents Holtek´s new enhanced Flash MCUs

Atlantik Elektronik presents the HT68F60 and HT66F60 MCUs, Holtek´s new 12K word program memory devices. They expand further the HT68Fxx and HT66Fxx enhanced flash MCU device range. The complete series meets with the industrial specification requirements of -40 ~ +85°C operating temperature and high noise immunity. By integrating Holtek´s in-circuit programming technology solution, users can conveniently upgrade their application programs. The devices also include an EEPROM which can be used to store related production process or product parameter and data. This can improve production efficiency and product flexibility.

These new devices have a program memory capacity of 12K words, an SRAM Data Memory capacity of 576 bytes and a 256 byte Data EEPROM. In addition to the Crystal and External RC oscillators, the devices also include an accurate internal high frequency RC Oscillator with a selectable frequency of 4, 8 and 12MHz and an additional low frequency internal 32kHz oscillator. Additional features include 4 software SCOM outputs which can directly drive small pixel count LCD panels and external communication interfaces which include SPI, I2C, UART and USB, providing users with a wide range of communication possibilities.

Both the HT68F60 and HT66F60 devices include Holtek’s new timer modules, which have 5 different operating modes. These include capture, compare, timer/event, single pulse output and PWM functions. A high speed 12-bit A/D converter with an integrated internal voltage source is included within the HT66F60 devices. These new devices come in a range of package types from 40 to 52 pins, which provide MCU solutions for a huge range of products which include household appliances, industrial control, automotive products, medical products to name but a few.
