CONCEPT International is enhancing his portfolio by a fanless high-end Digital Signage PC. Equipped with Intel’s fast and high-performing Core i5 processor of the 2nd generation running at 2.3 GHz and powerful Intel HD3000 graphics, the Signage PC 929 plays multiple Full-HD videos, tickers, slideshows etc. with a variety of contents smoothly on up to two screens simultaneously. Thanks to a host of connectivity options like three digital video outputs (HDMI, DVI-I and display port) and the fast USB 3.0 port the Signage PC 929 is predestined for any Digital Signage application.
Power cell of the Signage PC 929 is Intel’s high-performing Core i5 processor (2410M) of the current 2nd generation running at 2.3 GHz which, if needed, automatically provides added performance of 2.9 GHz. The result is, together with Intel’s Sandy Bridge architecture integrating the graphics directly with the processor a higher computing performance is achieved, nevertheless at low power consumption. For the high-performing Signage PC 929 no fan is required. Therefore, there are no moving parts at all in the Signage PC 929 if used with an SSD as the storage medium. This makes it not only into a noiseless machine, but also achieves a long-lasting and maintenance-free 24h service.
For easy PC management the Signage PC 929 has Intel’s AMT functions by which, for example, start-off and shutdown timings can be defined or configurations can be modified. It also allows administration, inventory management, diagnostics and repairs – even when the system is turned off, the OS is crashed or HDD is defective. Customers will have a choice of OS between the proven Windows XP Professional/embedded or Windows 7 Professional/embedded. The casing for the fanless high-end Signage PCs is made of robust Aluminium and measures 28.0 x 15.4 x 6.9 cm.
