Vecow: extended temperature fanless Quad-Core i7 embedded vision controller

Vecow announces the ECS-5600-3V, a high-performance fanless embedded vision controller with 2nd Gen Intel Core i7-2710QE Processor (6M Cache, up to 3.00 GHz) and maximum dual channel 16GB ram and provides 4CH 120/100 fps video capture capacity, 3 GbE LANs, DVI-D/HDMI and VGA dual display, CFast, two 2.5” SATA 6Gp/s HDD/SSDs, 2 miniPCI-express with SIM card supports for WiFi, 3G/GPRS, and 2 eSATA ports, plus with industrial fanless thermal and housing placemen for -25 to +70 °C operating temperature range.  With powerful multi-core processor, 16GB ram, multi-channel real-time video capture, and diversified I/O, ECS-5600-3V is the ultimate option for multi-camera industrial inspection, high speed measurements, and continuous inspection of security and surveillance.

Come for graphics intensive process and multi-tasking management, the 2nd Gen Intel Core i7-2710QE Processor offers multiple CPU cores, an integrated graphics processor (Intel HD Graphics 3000), an extended instruction set, Intel Turbo Boost Technology, and remote management support. 2nd Gen integrates QM67 graphics subsystem and with ECS-5600-3V built-in dual video out ports (DVI-D/HDMI and VGA), ECS-5600-3V provide winged fast performance and HD-quality output for speedy platform control, high resolution multi-display graphic, and advanced security possibility.

In order to enhance integration with other automation devices, ECS-5600-3V features a variety of I/O and industrial communication options, including 6 USB, 3 RJ-45 Gigabit Ethernet ports, CFast , 2 eSATA, 2 mini-PCIe (1 with SIM card socket for WiFi, 3G/GPRS), DC-Jack Connector, 3 RS-232 and 1 RS-232/485/422, 8 in/out GPIO, and 2 SATA III (6Gb/s) 2.5” HDD/SSD connectors. In order to satisfy diverse requirements of machine vision markets, ECS-5600-3V is designed with DC input range from 6 to 36 voltages to ensure system stability and safety.
